Terms of Service

The service

AbroadWorks AI is an AI assistant platform operating on a credit-based subscription model. Plans and credit allowances are published on the pricing page; credits renew monthly and do not roll over.

Acceptable use

The service may not be used for unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messaging, unlawful processing of personal data, malware distribution, or infringing third-party rights. You are responsible for the content you upload and for your bot's interactions with end users.

AI output

Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; they do not constitute medical, legal or financial advice. Human verification for critical decisions is your responsibility.

Fees

Paid plans are billed monthly. Consumed credits are non-refundable. When the balance reaches zero, bots stop accepting new messages.

Termination

We may suspend the service for violations. You may close your account at any time.
