Who we are

AbroadWorks AI (ai.abroadworks.com.tr) is a SaaS platform that lets businesses build AI chat assistants trained on their own content. For account data, AbroadWorks acts as data controller; for content our customers upload and for bot-visitor conversations, the customer is the controller and AbroadWorks the processor.

Data we process

Account data: name, email, password hash, plan and billing records.
Customer content: pages, files and text added to knowledge bases.
Conversation data: bot-visitor messages and technical metadata (time, channel).
Technical logs: error and security logs, rate-limit counters.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service (contract), billing (legal obligation), security and abuse prevention (legitimate interest).

Sub-processors and international transfers

To generate replies, message content is sent to AI model providers located abroad (e.g. xAI and other providers enabled on the platform). We prefer provider terms that exclude training on your content. Hosting runs on DigitalOcean.

Retention and deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your bots, knowledge bases and conversations. Shorter conversation-retention windows are available on request.

Your rights

You may exercise GDPR/KVKK rights (access, rectification, erasure, etc.) from your account or by contacting us.
